ZDSPJ1000 drilling rig is a kind of trailer drilling rig, the diesel generator, large displacement piston pump, double-hoist, turntable, drilling tower, auxiliary unloading cylinder and other components are mounted on the chassis. It can be pulled through tractor or truck.
The ZDSPJ rotary drill adopts mud circulation drilling, excelling at large-diameter borehole construction. Drilling mud stabilizes hole walls, cools drill bits and removes rock cuttings efficiently across loose sand, gravel and mixed strata. Its modular design covers working depths from 300m to 2000m for water wells and geothermal holes. Three chassis options are optional: crawler for rough off-road sites, truck chassis for fast highway transit, and trailer mount for low-cost short-distance relocation, satisfying diversified field transport demands.

It is equipped 4 hydraulic legs and 2 mechanical legs to balance the rig. After leveling the rig, The mechanical legs can be locked the cylinder using locknut. So, even if the hydraulic cylinder leaks, the chassis is still stable for drilling.
This drilling rig equipped with an auxiliary unloading cylinder, it can be used to push the turntable ratchet, to achieve auxiliary unloading the drill pipe.
The appearance of rig is pretty, it has a high efficiency because of having a larger torque of the turntable, it is mainly used for water well, construction, national defense building foundation, geological exploration, geothermic well and other foundation working, it is popular with domestic and foreign clients.
